Hip Chips Sweet

Think all crisps should be savoury? Think again. Like sweet and salty popcorn, Hip Chips Sweet edition combines heritage potato crisps with three sweet dips - caramel, chocolate and passion fruit. The secret ingredients that makes this weird and wonderful combination a success? a sprinkling of cinnamon on the crisps. Think churros and you get the idea. A surprise hit in SL HQ.

Yaar Bars

Is it a choc ice? Is it a cheesecake? No - it’s a Yaar bar! Available is three favours – vanilla, cloudberry and toffee – each YAAR bar is made of quark and coated in either a Belgian milk chocolate, caramel or toffee glaze. The smooth centre is mouthwateringly delicious with a thick and creamy yoghurt taste and the soft fluffy texture of a cheesecake. Despite tasting quite indulgent, every bar is less than 140 calories, gluten free, suitable for vegetarians and has no artificial colours, additives or preservatives. Store them in the fridge and nibble them cold for a low-cal treat.

99p a bar, available at Sainsbury’s and Whole Foods Market in the chiller aisle

The Magnum Company

Rosé drinkers, it’s time to celebrate in style! The Magnum Company are the only stockist of Studio by Miraval in the UK in magnum form. From the vineyard of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, the moniker is inspired by the production chateau, which acted as a recording studio for countless international musicians. Light and dry on the palate, the aroma of this rosé blends scents of raspberries and rose petals, while the taste incorporates elements of strawberry, pomegranate and red cherry.

Yumello

Unlike many nut butter producers who use palm oil, Yumello’s use of argan oil is central to the brand’s ethos. It tastes great and celebrates the farmers and land it’s grown on and, as a bonus, it has many great health benefits – it is rich in essential fatty acids, including omega-3 and-6 which are renowned for their positive impact on inflammation and heart health and Vitamin E, which is required for healthy skin, hair and eyes as well as having powerful antioxidant properties. Founders Esther and Omar Elhajji met in the Atlas mountains. Big food lovers, the couple were inspired to bring their love of Berber flavours, spices and quirks to the UK. There are four variations but our favourite is the Smooth Salted Date Almond Butter, which oozes caramel flavour.
