The start of summer can only mean one thing: pop-up season has officially begun... And we couldn’t be more excited about the launch of London Riviera, which promises to inject some glamorous South-of-France-style into our evenings with a few colourful, playful touches a la the Miami beachside for good measure.
The five-month-long hangout is a mash-up of palm trees, luxurious day beds, giant pineapples and pink flamingos galore with a vibrant Eastern Mediterranean street food menu created by top chef Tom Kime (formerly of The River Café). The healthy-yet-delicious dishes, including a kaleidoscope of dips, are made for sharing and go perfectly with the exotic cocktails on offer.
Running as part of the MORE LONDON FREE FESTIVAL, you can also expect live entertainment, mixology masterclasses and classic film screenings.
Take it from us, this new immersive food and drinking experience on Southbank is the place to be on hot summer evenings, especially with its stunning sundown views over The Thames. See you there.
