Fringed Skirts

For SS15 Alberta Ferretti sent a thoroughly fringed collection dancing down the runway trimming everything from bags and waistcoats to sandals and skirts.

With the high street adopting the trend thanks to this season’s 70s styling revival, it’s the Ferretti skirt look-alikes we can’t get enough of.

Rendered in muted hues (MSGM’s bubblegum pink number being the quirky exception), the fringed skirt is the perfect way to add some playfulness to your look.

A tan suede version will look fresh with a classic boyfriend shirt and aviators, or for a more rock ’n’ roll evening ensemble, go for a black fringed skirt paired with a colour-match tee and heeled boots.
