An English Country Garden at Aqua Shard

Head skyward this Friday to Aqua Shard’s 31st floor as it’s transformed into an English Country Garden installation in tribute to the best-loved event. Boasting a 20ft column of foliage and flowers, a six-foot grass watering can and an exclusive floral-themed menu packed with delights such as Jasmine tea-steamed artichoke, sea bass with acacia rose vinaigrette and orange blossom and pink pepper panna cotta.

Last Libations series at Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings: Drink What You Sow

Taking place on Tuesday 19 May, the Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings and master bartenders will host a ‘Last Supper Menu’ featuring four cocktails all with a flash of floral flavour. The menu will be entirely gin inspired, carefully curated by gin enthusiast Olivia Williams (author of Gin: How a Mother’s Ruin Became a Spirit of London). Expect cocktails adorned with natural ingredients and spiked with floral gins to create a sophisticated infusion.
