If you’re not yet obsessed with Symmetry Breakfast’s Instagram feed, you soon will be. We're very pleased they’re launching a series of Sunday brunches at Bethnal Green’s Paradise Garage, with Ketel One Vodka. Brunch will be Dutch-inspired with a contemporary British twist, and naturally, each dish will come served in identical pairs ready for an Insta snap. Sit on the al-fresco terrace, soak up the summer rays, and relax. We can’t think of a better way to while away a Sunday.

Bringing the spirit of Latin America to the heart of Mayfair is COYA’s Peruvian spread. Their contemporary brunch menu includes classic dishes of Josper corn fed chicken with aji panca and coriander aioli; slow-roasted pulled pork with smoked chilli and salsa criollo; and spicy beef fillet served with crispy shallots, aji rocoto and star anise. Kicking off on the 9th July is Bernardi’s Summer Sundays, where DJs will play a catalogue of chilled out tunes alongside cool cocktails and delicious Italian food. Brunches will be served inside and out – there’s an outdoor terrace to make the most of the sun – and come nightfall the party will move into the basement Dog House bar, where gin and Negronis will flow freely, alongside their late night ciccetti menu.

For those who don’t take yoga too seriously, Disco Yoga is bound the get the pulse rate going and put a big a smile on your face. MNKY HSE Brunch Party

For brunch with a side of fun, hole up at MNKY HSE. On the last Sunday of each month, this Latin American gem brings the party vibes to the heart of Mayfair, serving up a heady mix of contemporary South American cuisine, tequila cocktails and epic DJ sets. Brunch plates come in the form of maguro tostadas, corn salad, ceviche de camaron and Wagyu tostadas, followed by larger dishes of glazed chicken marinated in spices and served with shishito peppers; sea bass served with pumpkin seeds and Mexican herb sauce; and octopus served with an avocado and poblano sauce. DJ and live music sets start from 2pm and carry on until the early hours, so be prepared to get into the party mood.

Dirty Mary Brunch at Dirty Bones

With an abundance of trendy, New York-style drinks and gourmet American grub, Dirty Bones is one of our favourite spots for cocktail-fuelled feasting. The aptly-named Boozy Brunch Flight is a must – you'll get chicken and waffles, a green cheese toastie, and flat iron steak with fried eggs to be washed down with a Ketel One Vodka Dirty Mary, Deputy Dog or Uptown Spritz. Head there from 10am on a Sunday to work your way through their cocktail list.

Forget your worries this weekend and head down to Dalston to play in their giant underground cosmic ball pit.
