Ok, this has a swanky name and we all know its just yoghurt with berries and granola, but making it in a glass really does something for how it’s eaten and its flavor. Plus the ratios here are JUST RIGHT for the perfect fruit to cream to crunch ratio.
300g skyr yogurt
1 tablespoon of seedy vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
4 tablespoons of mixed berries
4 tablespoons of really good quality, refined sugar free granola
In a mixing bowl mix the yoghurt with the vanilla. Split the yoghurt between two tumblers and top with the honey or maple syrup, then the berries and the granola and serve straight away with a spoon.
