The Best At-Home Streaming Workouts

Favourites 78

Anything from travel to a long day at work can put the brakes on even the most dedicated of exercise routines, leaving you feeling sluggish and lethargic when you most need a fitness boost. Thankfully, we may have found the answer – easy to fit into the busiest of lifestyles, as you needn’t stick to strict times or class schedules, at-home streaming workouts could be just what your exercise routine needs.

The beauty of streaming classes is they can be accessed anytime and anywhere with enough space for a yoga mat (and a good WiFi connection). Whether you’re after barre, Pilates or blood-pumping HIIT, here’s SL’s edit of the best workouts the web has to offer...

Meet Yogaia – the world’s first live online yoga studio that brings yoga, Pilates, core and barre classes to your home or hotel room in real-time. And if you can’t find a live class, there are hundreds of recorded sessions available to stream as and when you please. If you chose to join a live class, there’s even the option to hook up your webcam, meaning your instructor can monitor your progress and check your posture as you go. From Broga (yes, boy yoga) to abs workouts, you won’t get bored with what’s on offer.
