GET FIT HERE: LoveFit Festival

A unique celebration of music, food and fitness, LoveFit takes place in the stunning grounds of St Clere Estate, Kent. Big names tipped to head the bill on the music roster include Groove Armada, Jessica Skye and Danny Howard, with fitness classes from Ministry of Sound’s Ministry Does Fitness, a healthy food selection and celebrity classes from the likes of Charlotte Holmes, Carly Rowena and Kim Hartwell. As well as music and exercise classes, there’ll be hot yoga, wild swimming and health workshops, alongside an array of deliciously healthy snacks, to inspire an altogether healthier festival experience.

GET YOUR TACO FIX HERE: Foley’s at John Lewis Roof Garden

Putting a Middle Eastern twist on Mexican street food is this summer’s latest rooftop restaurant. Foley’s will be popping up on the John Lewis rooftop, and will serve all kinds of delicious taco-laden delicacies. Taking a fresh approach to the humble taco, Head Chef Mitz Vora will add a sprinkling of Middle Eastern and Asian spice to classic taco dishes including the likes of Goan Crab Taco with Crab salad, crab bisque, crispy shallots and dill; Sticky Beef Taco with Avocado lime puree, daikon and cucumber somtam; Burnt Chicken Ends - Korean BBQ, spring onions, sesame seeds; and Slow Cooked Octopus Taco with Black sesame mayo, spicy pork mince, bok choy, housemade sriracha. GET YOUR CULTURE FIX: The Royal Opera Big Screens Presents Turandot

BP Big Screens 2017 is bringing a live broadcast of The Royal Opera House’s staging of Puccini’s final masterpiece, Turandot to Ally Pally. WATCH THIS: Angels in America

Catch Tony Kushner’s multi-award winning two-part play, Angels in America – a gripping drama about the AIDS crisis in mid-1980s America – at the National Theatre this July. British Summer Time at Hyde Park will be showing live screenings of Wimbledon this summer, in between their rock and roll line-up of musical legends. Following Tom Petty, Stevie Nicks and Justin Bieber, Hyde Park’s Open House will show the world’s top tennis tournament accompanied by Pimm’s pop-ups, strawberries and cream, delicious street eats and plenty of summer-themed fun. They’ll also be handing out free tennis caps for hard core fans.

RELAX HERE: Radiohead Shavasana Disco

Having already hosted exclusive listening parties to the likes of David Bowie and Jimi Hendrix, Will Williams will be hosting another music-fuelled, guided meditation class, this time to iconic ‘90s alternative rockers, Radiohead. Combining the ancient technique of Vedic meditation, revel in Radiohead’s classic anthems at RAK Studios – where the band originally recorded their 1994 album The Bends – for a meditation session like no other.
