WHAT TO DO
Wander through Ibiza Old Town
A hub of bubbling activity, those looking for a culture fix should put the stunning setting of Ibiza Town as top of the bucket list. Boasting world-class bars, clubs, restaurants, great shopping, galleries, mesmerising architecture and traditional Spanish cuisine, Ibiza’s Old Town ticks all the boxes. If you’ve time, wander through the Dalt Vila, the old town in Eivissa. Walk through the tangled, cavernous streets, then climb the walls of the Phoenician and Roman fortress that’s perched picturesquely at the top of the town. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, and it’s particularly striking at sunset, when you can look across the bay towards Formentera, and get a sense of how the island looked in ancient times.
For beauty on-the-go, turn to Ibiza’s number one hair and make-up artist, Louise Maxwell’s new free beauty app, Ibiza Darling, for the ultimate at-home pamper session. With rave reviews from the likes of Jade Jagger, you know you’re in safe hands with Louise’s expert glam squad. At the click of a button, a team of premier therapists and technicians will be on hand to come to your hotel, your private yacht (the dream), villa or even on your beachside lounger, for instant on-island pampering. Choose from eyelash extensions, facials, manicures, spray tans, hair styling and more.

Sundowners at sunset
Ibiza’s breath-taking sunsets are something to truly savour. Most people flock to Cafe del Mar or Cafe Mambo for sundowners or sit out on the stretch of rocks in front of the bars, but if you want somewhere a little less less rowdy, head to Hostal la Torre for dinner and drinks on the terrace, Sunset Ashram for chilled out vibes or on Sundays go to Benirrás Beach. For the ultimate party sunset session, Woomoon, Cova Santa is perched on the top of the mountains in San José, so you get a magical, panoramic view of the entire island as the sun goes down.
Flock to Formentera
Just three miles south of Ibiza, Formentera is the more tranquil of the two Pitiusic Islands, with a big emphasis on relaxation and luxury. Boasting some of the most stunning stretches of sandy beaches and glistening azure waters, there’s every reason to take a morning or afternoon out for a sunny sojourn. It only takes between 30 and 40 minutes to get there by boat, and there are regular ferries which run throughout the day from the Old Town Marina. Alternatively, there are plenty of private companies where you can charter your own yacht, if your budget will stretch that far. Try Special VIP or for an exclusive bespoke service, Curador offers a luxury concierge service and will be on hand to organise a private yacht with celebrity DJs and Michelin-starred chefs, to ensure guests get the ultimate VIP treatment. Take a look at their Facebook page to see their full list of services.
Where To Eat
