Town House at The Kensington has unveiled its new afternoon tea, which launches this weekend. Following the success of its record-breaking ‘Tale As Old As Time’ Beauty & The Beast-inspired offering, its new ‘London Landmarks’ tea takes inspiration from the capital’s most recognisable and historic buildings, taking diners on an edible tour along the way. Tributes include architectural triumphs such as The Gherkin – crafted from white chocolate and dark chocolate ganache – and The Shard, made of carrot cake and milk chocolate. The iconic London telephonebox will be reimagined in rhubarb mousse and there’s also a Big Ben-inspired lemon curd tart. Traditional English tea and scones will complete the lineup.
