- 1 tbsp of Belazu Rose Harissa Paste
- 400g of biona chickpeas
- 1 classic Crosta & Mollica Piada flatbread
- 1 tbsp of Waitrose Authentic Greek Yogurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 200g of Waitrose spring greens
- Pour chickpeas into a frying pan.
- Add a heaped tbsp of harissa.
- Cook for a few minutes.
- Tear up some greens & add to mix.
- Pour onto flatbread.
- Finish with Greek yogurt.
