Indie rock band Circa Waves release their third studio album What’s It Like Over There? this month. Cambridge philosophy grad Quentin Jones is a director, illustrator and photographer whose films and images have appeared in magazines such as iD and Vogue. Her aesthetic is often described as a modern take on the surrealist tradition, realised largely through photomontage, loose paintwork, and dynamic video editing. Her work has caught the eye of Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Victoria Beckham, who she’s gone on to shoot campaigns for.

Freelance floral designer Frida Kim describes herself as a vintage lover and Frida Kahlo fan from Korea. For many years we ran her own custom jewellery business in South Korea. After moving to London, she fell in love with English winter gardens and flowers and hasn’t looked back since. Her whimsical floral designs and sculptures are some of the most impressive posts on our Insta feed.
Peytil is a Stockholm-based art project founded in 2016 by the fashion designer and artist Eitil Thorén Due. His work reflects a graffiti-like spontaneity with focus on fashion illustrations and contemporary portraits, often built simply from minimalistic black lines. The new digital first-version of the publication launches this month, followed by a quarterly print magazine in August. CAMPAIGN: Florence Welch for Gucci
Gucci is renowned for rolling out the coolest rock 'n' roll names for their campaigns, and Florence Welch is the latest superstar to front the brand's current jewellery campaign. The images are unmistakably Gucci thanks to decadent colours and recognisable motifs but also feels faithful to the singer’s signature boho look too, making us fall hard for both once more. The campaign is shot by photographer Colin Dodgson, under the direction of the fashion house's Creative Director Alessandro Michele, and features Florence dripping in bracelets, necklaces and rings. SCENT: Oh Mon Dieu! By L’Objet
L’Objet is the brainchild of Founder and Creative Director Elad Yifrach. Born and raised in Israel, Elad is a lifelong traveller who imbues each of his homeware designs with its own story: each collection is an homage to both the cultures which inspire them and the artisans who bring them to life. His latest fragrance is named Oh Mon Dieu! With notes of leather, caramel and cognac, the scent replicates the hedonism of the late 1960s Rive Gauche and is available as candles and Japanese incense.

Finding glamorous swimwear that’s also practical isn’t always easy. Enter Arabella London, the designer beach label putting a wearable spin on 60s-inspired styles. RESTAURANT: No. Fifty Cheyne
After a nine-month renovation, Chelsea’s famous Cheyne Walk Brasserie has undergone a complete rebuild, creating No. Fifty Cheyne. Set across two floors, the new local offers a full dining experience, headed up by chef Iain Smith, previously head chef at Jason Atherton’s Social Eating House. The venue also features a cocktail bar and drawing room, offering guests a smart, yet relaxed homely retreat. From the food to the atmosphere, it’s the best restaurant we’ve been to in ages.
DRINK: Sipsmith Orange & Cacao
Chocolate orange isn't just for eating. With a base of London Dry gin, Sipsmith’s newest concoction combines a syrup made from raw cacao nibs and fresh orange peel. While that's macerating, a combination of coffee, black cardamom, vanilla, orange blossom and cacao nibs (all the good stuff) are distilled and then blended with the syrup. When it comes to taste, expect sweet and zesty notes of fresh orange juice alongside orange marmalade and gooey dark chocolate fondant.
