INCREASE YOUR FITNESS

Fitness influencer, Karly Arber, will be bringing you a series of carefully curated workouts every weekday this month. Expect fun exercises that merge fat-burning cardio with muscle-building strengthening moves. You’ll find them every morning at 6am on the @SheerLuxe Instagram page. 

RESET YOUR NUTRITION

We’ve teamed up with top nutritionist Rosie Millen, to bring you daily food suggestions to keep your diet on track and get the most out of the fitness plan, alongside motivational tips to keep you motivated and feeling better. 

STAY MOTIVATED

Share your progress with us daily by tagging us in your updates and using #SL28DayChallenge – you’ll see the Georgie and the team following along too!

HOW IT WORKS

  • Each week a new schedule will be released showing you the upcoming workouts & nutritional advice so you can be prepared in advance

  • You will work out for five days of the week, Monday-Friday

  • Every morning at 6am we will release an Instagram post on @sheerluxe sharing that day’s workout video, nutrition and motivating tip for you to follow

  • Check back to the #SL28DayChallenge page to check you’ve completed your daily tasks 

TIPS TO FOLLOW FOR THE MONTH

  • Invest in a skipping rope for some of the workouts

  • Stock up your fridge with protein-rich foods; chicken, salmon, eggs and pulses

  • Adjust your timings as needed and organise your calendar to work out every weekday

  • Aim to drink at least two litres of water a day 

  • Have a cup of warm water and lemon as soon a you wake up each day 

  • Cut out processed foods as much as possible – that means nothing out of a packet!

  • For optimum gut health try to take a probiotic daily 

  • Cut out added sugar from your diet 

  • Remember the 80/20 rule when it comes to food: 80% sticking to the rules and 20% allowing yourself a small treat to keep on track
