  • 6 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • Good pinch of sea salt


  1. Place everything into a large jam jar, screw the lid on tight and give it a good shake.
  2. Ready to eat straight away!
