TRY A NEW CLASS HERE: 1Rebel

1Rebel has opened a new site in Angel. Here, you can take part in the club’s 45-minute Reshape session, which incorporates sprint and incline intervals on the treadmill, as well as body-sculpting exercises on the floor, so no muscle is left untoned. Sessions focus on upper body and abs, lower body and abs or full body, so expect muscle isolation and focus within your sets. Whether you’re a runner, spinner or HIIT fan, this class will mix up your workout and push you to the next level. It's an experience that will challenge, inspire, burn fat and push you – perfect for a pre-brunch workout.

ATTEND A HOT POP-UP HERE: Carousel

Twenty-eight-year-old Chilean Ricardo Verdejo began his career at Boragó, Rodolfo Guzmán’s game-changing Santiago institution. It was there that he really fell in love with food, developing a profound respect for ingredients. After moving across the city to 99, which he helped steer to a place on Latin America’s 50 Best list, he headed to NYC, where he cooked for the Obamas. This month, Ricardo joins rotating restaurant Carousel from Mexico City. His pop-up menu promises to put an imaginative spin on the best British ingredients he can get his hands on: expect wild mushrooms with orange oil; seared scallops with bone marrow, green apples and parmesan water and hazelnut; chocolate and cream sorbet with smoked crème anglaise and burnt vanilla.
