Jamie’s Meat-Free Meals, 8pm, Channel 4

As per his latest cook book Veg, in his new TV series Jamie Oliver wants to change how we think about vegetables, finding inspiration from around the world and showing us how to cook amazing veggie dishes. In this week’s episode, we’ll witness Jamie serving the likes of greens mac ‘n’ cheese and a bhaji burger.

A Confession, 9pm, ITV

The hunt for Sian continues as Steve Fulcher and his team see suspects come and go with no leads to follow. Local woman Karen Edwards notices that she only lives a few doors away from the missing girl's mother, Elaine Pickford, but is only reminded of her own problems, having not seen her daughter Becky for several years. With things looking bleak for Wiltshire police, a brilliant piece of policework finally points Fulcher towards a definite suspect.

Succession, 9pm, Sky Atlantic

Kendall makes his case to Naomi Pierce. Meanwhile, Logan attends a weekend retreat at the Pierce family home, where Connor, Shiv and Roman stray from their carefully planned roles.

Tuesday 10th September

Great British Bake Off, 8pm, Channel 4

‘Bread Week’ is here, and the remaining bakers face the challenge of proving their worth via Paul Hollywood's speciality. First, the contestants must prepare a signature bake that is designed to be shared before the ‘Showstopper’ really tests their skill and ambition.

The Capture, 9pm, BBC1

The crucial CCTV footage of Shaun's supposed crime is seized by a mysterious MI5 officer, leaving Rachel convinced the truth behind the case is not as clear as it first appeared. After a confrontation with his ex-partner, Shaun is determined to prove his innocence, and recruits an old friend to help him break into Hannah's flat and find evidence.

The Affair, 9pm, Sky Atlantic

Noah notices a change in Sasha's relationship with Helen. Meanwhile, a violent encounter awaits Joanie when she goes on a business trip.

Rue grows concerned when Jules starts exhibiting disturbing behaviour. Meanwhile, Cassie spends time with David, and Nate comes up with a plan.

Wednesday 11th September

Deep Water, 9pm, ITV

Traumatised from the attack, Roz makes her way home and finds a furious Joanne waiting for her. With no one else to confide in, Roz decides to tell Scott about Wayne, who promises to retrieve the footage. Meanwhile, Lisa finds Joe in a local bar and watches as he drinks and flirts with the barmaid. Then when she awakes the next morning and realises he has not come home, she fears the worst.

Thursday 12th September

Jesy Nelson: Odd One Out, 9pm, BBC1

When Jesy Nelson rose to fame with Little Mix, she was abused online for being `the fat one'. In this personal documentary, the singer opens up about the impact cyberbullies had on her life and the effect on her mental health. Her fellow Little Mix members Perrie, Leigh-Anne and Jade discuss how Jesy's torment affected the band, while her boyfriend, Love Island star Chris Hughes, recalls falling in love with someone who was clearly damaged by the barrage of negativity she experienced from social media trolls. A powerful watch.

The Loudest Voice, 9pm, Sky Atlantic

Roger and Fox News find their ultimate enemy in Barack Obama. Meanwhile, Roger clashes with his boss Rupert Murdoch as he tries to take full editorial control of Fox News.

Friday 13th September

Fosse/Verdon, 9pm, BBC2

Bob is offered advice about his autobiographical film All That Jazz, and hears Gwen's account of their relationship with him and the making of Chicago. Years later Bob and Gwen reminisce in a bar and Bob tells her he has been offered to direct the revival of Sweet Charity and declined, but suggests that Gwen take the role of supervisor to recreate the original dance numbers.

Sunday 15th September

Peaky Blinders, 9pm, BBC1

Mosley takes advantage of shocking events to give a speech to the gathered crowd at Arrow House. Afterwards, Mosley gives Tommy his instructions. Arthur and his men arrive at Limehouse for the arranged rendezvous, but the situation has changed drastically. Meanwhile, Tommy visits an old war comrade who has a very specific skill that Tommy intends to use.
