Ingredients:

  • 1 packet tenderstem broccoli
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp sweet miso
  • ¼ hot water
  • Sea salt
  • Toasted sesame seeds, to decorate

Method:

  1. Trim broccoli and cook in a steamer for 5 mins
  2. Place all remaining ingredients into a blender - I used a NutriBullet - and whiz together. Taste and add more salt if required
  3. Plate the broccoli onto a dish and pour over half the dressing, keeping the reminder in a jam jar for another day
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
