The New Red Lipstick That Works For Everyone

Industry insiders swear by Fresh’s Tinted Lip Treatment range, with good reason. And now, they’ve launched a new, statement-making shade that’s ideal for autumn. Moisturising, suits all and seriously buildable, this is the red lipstick to end all red lipsticks. Here’s everything you need to know about it…

It’s A New Addition To A Well-Loved Range

Fans of Fresh’s collectable Tinted Lip Treatment range will be pleased to hear this launch isn’t replacing anything, just adding a new, warm shade that’s ideal for autumn. Vibrant, but sheer enough for daytime wear, one of our favourite things is you can really build and mix it at will for a deeper shade of red, too.

It’s Been Created To Suit All Skin Tones

Alina Roytberg, Fresh co-founder, was inspired by the beauty of diversity when it came to creating Sugar Icon – an effortless, yet high-impact red. “With Sugar Icon, I challenged myself to create an ‘every woman’s red lip’,” says Alina. “This flattering shade is a classic red that’s true to you, shifting from a deep scarlet to a rich warm red, depending on the complexion of the wearer.”

Its Formula Is Seriously Multi-Tasking

Laced with nourishing oils (including grape and blackcurrant seed oil) and essential SPF 15, this works round the clock to deliver all your lip needs in one go. In fact, Fresh’s much-loved formula has been proven to hydrate for a full 24 hours, so you don’t need to worry about flakiness or dry patches forming, even with the full pigmented colour it lends. If you do start to notice any dryness or creases, pair it with Fresh’s Sugar Lip Polish, which gently buffs away any issues, providing a smooth, even canvas for colour.

Sugar Is The Key Ingredient Working Overtime

In keeping with the rest of the range, sugar still reigns supreme as the key ingredient. “Sugar is a natural humectant known to prevent moisture loss, and each of our grandmother’s used it to heal our scrapes,” explains Alina. “Wanting to pass this highly effective ritual on to the world, we bottled our shared tradition, pioneering the use of sugar’s healing and humectant properties in the beauty industry.”
