Crispy Kale Chips |

Makes one bowl


  • 1 bag of kale, cut into large bite-size pieces if you have bought whole leaves
  • 1 tsp of garlic salt
  • 1 tsp of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil


  1. Set the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well with hands.
  3. Spread onto a baking tray and cook for 10-15mins until crispy.
  4. Stir halfway through the cooking time, as the kale can turn brown quickly.
