SUPPORT LOCAL CHEFS: The London Restaurant Collective

A new not-for-profit organisation launched by the team behind Le Bab, unemployed chefs who have lost their jobs as part of widespread restaurant closures are now preparing low-cost, delicious comfort food which can be paid for online before waiting staff bike it over. Allowing the kitchen and waiting staff to keep 100% of the profits, chefs will cook two different meals (one vegan and one non-vegan) every day, with each meal costing no more than £7. There’s also the option for no-contact delivery if you, or a member of your family is self-isolating. Daily menus will also be uploaded to the group’s Instagram account.

BINGE-WATCH: Ozark, Series 3

One of Netflix’s hit original dramas, Ozark tells the story of the Byrde family. When they are forced to flee to the Ozarks after a money laundering operation in Chicago goes wrong, the world they end up descending into gets complicated very quickly. Starring Jason Bateman, Laura Linney, Julia Garner and Sophia Hublitz among others, Ozark looks likely to go from strength to strength in the third series, which launches this Friday. Although much of the plot remains shrouded in mystery, showrunner Chris Mundy has said it will pick up with Marty (Bateman) and Wendy Byrde (Linney) struggling with their power dynamic and dealing with an “outside force”. We can’t wait.
