The Provocateur

Taking its name from the iconic lingerie brand, the provocateur combines tart citrus flavours with sweet peach and vanilla to create a truly original cocktail.

Ingredients
50ml of vanilla vodka
15ml of pink grapefruit juice
10ml of lemon juice
10ml of peach syrup
5ml of blood orange syrup
Cava to top up
Cubed ice
For the garnish
Dehydrated orange wheel and edible flowers
Method
Step 1

Add the vanilla vodka, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice and syrups to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over a large wine glass filled with cubed ice.

Step 2

Top up with chilled cava. Garnish as shown and serve straightaway.
