Combine all ingredients except the crémant in a shaker with ice and shake well until chilled. 

Step 2

Strain into a flute and top with crémant.

Freshly sliced oranges

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a pan. 

Step 2

Warm up until almost simmering, but don’t boil.

Step 3

Leave to rest with a lid for 5 minutes and serve with a ladle into mugs.

40ml of London Dry 6 O'Clock Gin
20ml of Cointreau or Grand Marnier
25ml of cranberry juice
25ml of orange juice
15ml of lemon juice
½ tsp of caster sugar
Soda water
Orange wedge
Method
Step 1

Add all the ingredients except the soda water to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake. 

Step 2

Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and top with soda.

Step 3

Serve with a decorative orange wedge.

40ml of Żubrówka Bison Grass
40ml of Campari 
40ml of sweet red vermouth
1 twist of orange peel, for garnish

Step 1

Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well chilled.

Step 2

Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes. 

Step 3

Garnish with an orange peel.

Orange peel rind

Step 1

Put all of the ingredients except the vodka in a small pan and warm over a low heat. 

Step 2

Bring to a gentle simmer for approximately 30 minutes without boiling. 

Step 3

Pour the vodka in the bottom of a glass and top with the warm apple mix. 

Step 4

Serve warm. 

Vivir Paloma 

BEST FOR: A refreshing start

50ml of Vivir tequila blanco or reposado
10ml of agave syrup
10ml of lime juice
60ml of pink grapefruit juice
Soda water or grapefruit soda
Wedge of pink grapefruit, for garnish
Method
Step 1

Wipe a slice of lime around the rim of a highball glass. Then dip into sea salt so the rim is coated. 

Step 2

Grab a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Add all ingredients except the soda water. 

Step 3

Shake for around 20 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker feels cold. 

Step 4

Place some ice into your prepared highball glass, pour in your cocktail and top up with soda water or grapefruit soda. 

Step 5

Add the pink grapefruit wedge and enjoy.
