This definitive new cookbook for ambitious home cooks gives you the tools to create restaurant standard food in your own home. Nim's Edible Teas

This loose-leaf edible tea range is made using a nutritious combination of air-dried fruit and vegetables. When steeped in hot water, intense aromas fill the room and, once the tea has been enjoyed, the fruit left behind is fully rehydrated and ready to eat. Strp’d Flour

New 'no-nasties' brand Strp’d has launched an innovative flour-alternative – Tigernut flour – which comes stripped of all nasties, gluten, nuts, dairy and refined sugar. Tigernuts aren't actually nuts, they're nutrient-dense tubers, and it’s their tiger-like stripes which give them their name. Unlike other alternative flours, you can replace it for regular flour in most recipes but because it has a naturally sweet taste, Strp'd recommend halving the amount of sugar/sweetener to make every bake healthier.
