Jamie: Keep Cooking Family Favourites, 8.30pm, Channel 4 

Jamie Oliver is back to whip up some of his favourite simple, affordable and tasty meals. In the first episode of the new series, he gets controversial by combining a roast chicken with a family-friendly pizza. 

Teen First Dates, 10pm, E4

In this twist on the popular dating show, maître d' Fred Sirieix welcomes a group of teens aged between 16- and 19-years-old to the restaurant for their first ever blind date. 

Tuesday 23rd

Below Deck Mediterranean, 7.30pm, E4

To fill that reality tv shaped gap in our lives, E4 are broadcasting the first series of this spin-off show. Join the captain and his crew on their multi-million pound yacht as they try to balance the guest's expectations with their own drama. 

Bates Motel, 10.45pm, BBC1

New series. A prequel to Hitchcock's cult classic Psycho, this crime drama dives deep into the lives of a teenage Norman Bates and his mother. Starring Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga.


Wednesday 24th

Gordon Ramsay's Bank Balance, 9pm, BBC1

New series. Chef and TV personality Gordon Ramsay hosts a new quiz show in which contestants must answer a series of questions to place gold bars on a balance board and reach the £100,000 jackpot. However, the more bars that are added, the more chance there is of the stack tumbling down and the contestants going home with nothing. 


Thursday 25th

Stand Up & Deliver, 9pm, Channel 4 

Five celebrities treat viewers at home to a night of humour and fun in support of Stand Up To Cancer, all while being coached by famous comedians along the way. 

Friday 26th

Grayson's Art Club, 8pm, Channel 4 

New series. Award-winning artist Grayson Perry and his wife Philippa are joined by musician Boy George, who creates an artwork inspired by this week's theme: family. 

Googlebox, 9pm, Channel 4

Gogglebox is back with a new series, recorded in lockdown and with the armchair critics all abiding by social-distancing guidelines. Join them as they share their reactions to the biggest news stories and best shows of the week. 

Sunday 28th

Attenborough's Life In Colour, 7pm, BBC1

In this new series, David Attenborough explores the many ways animals use colour. Using cameras specifically built for the series, he reveals a world that is normally invisible to the human eye. 


McDonald & Dodds, 8pm, ITV1

Season two of this police drama kicks off with a balloon ride gone wrong, leaving detectives McDonald and Dodds to untangle a web of lies dating back more than 30 years. Starring Jason Watkins and Tala Gouveia, with guest appearances from Rob Brydon and Martin Kemp.
