The Outdoor Fitness Classes To Know

Gyms may have re-opened, but with social distancing guidelines still in force, there’s rarely been a better time to take your workout outside. Whether you’re into HIIT, boxing, running, or prefer to take things a little slower, these are the outdoor classes to try…

BEST FOR YOGA: FLEX

If your regular Zoom yoga class has lost its appeal, head down to Battersea Park for a flow with a difference. Guaranteed to boost both your fitness levels and your mood, cult Chelsea studio FLEX’s outdoor yoga classes are set to a verdant backdrop and held by some of the capital’s top instructors. Start your Tuesday with a 7:30am power flow, or wind down on a Wednesday evening with a stress-busting 60-minute session. With classes capped at five people, it’s the perfect way to get some headspace and stay safe, as well as receiving maximum attention – ideal if you’re a beginner yogi looking to progress.
