THE MUSIC VIDEO RELEASE:

‘Nonsense’ By Sabrina Carpenter

There’s serious buzz about singer-songwriter and actress Sabrina Carpenter’s latest single ‘Nonsense’. During her most recent tour, the ex-Disney star free-styled a different outro for the song during each of her performances. These witty (and often tea-spilling) lyrics quickly blew up on TikTok, as did the music video. Not only is it fun and inclusively cast, fans are loving the fact the male love interest is played by Sabrina herself, adding an extra layer of humour and light heartedness.

THE EXPERIENCE:

Flippers Roller Rink

Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace is a legendary American roller rink which has opened a location in West London in partnership with Usher and the team behind Printworks London. The entertainment destination not only houses a roller rink; it’s also a live music venue, and there’s a diner and pro skate shop on site, too. The space’s first event saw a special performance by Central Cee – we’re excited to see which other performers they have in the pipeline.

THE ART EXHIBITION:

‘Little Jewels’ By Jesse Edwards

London’s OMNI gallery recently opened a ceramics and paintings exhibition by artist Jesse Edwards. Named ‘Little Jewels’ it blends graffiti with still-life paintings via a series of ceramic television sets. Each of them houses a painted still of a cult Disney movie like Fantasia, Snow White and Peter Pan, plus the artist has displayed a series of his discarded paint palettes, reframing them as abstract art. Well worth a visit.

THE BOOK DEAL:

‘Paris: The Memoir’ By Paris Hilton

Set to drop in March 2023, Paris Hilton’s memoir promises to strip away everything we thought we knew about this celebrity icon. From a childhood lived through the lens of undiagnosed ADHD, to teenage rebellion that triggered her parents’ now infamous decision to send her away to a series of ‘wilderness’ camps, plus recounting her journey through her pre-#MeToo experience – the book will shed some much needed light on the person behind the persona.
