Billed as a new entertainment hub, W Ibiza will launch three distinct concepts designed for dining, drinking and relaxing. Alongside these, there’ll be a lively rooftop sunset bar and adults-only pool. A second pool will have direct access to the beachfront promenade and the white sands of Santa Eulalia beach. Chiringuito Blue will continue to offer sea views and an interesting food and drink menu focusing on local, sustainable produce: menus have been devised by MasterChef Israel judge Haim Cohen and include the likes of yellowtail sashimi with tomato seeds, lemon and coriander; and Andalusian-style crispy calamari. With spectacular views of the iconic Dalt Vila skyline – the ancient fortress walls, blue skies and the Mediterranean Sea – Casa Maca offers a beautiful setting to relax in. This luxury resort is an ideal place to unwind – the grounds encompass Pure Seven, a 1,500sq m wellness centre inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle, which offers a range of treatments from massages to medical aesthetics. There are four restaurants and bars on site – we like the sound of the Pershing Yacht Terrace.
