Celebrating the new collaboration between the hotel and Bowmore Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Solas will welcome guests with an array of cocktails and a special raw seafood bar. Alongside three different types of oysters, the menu also includes lobster rolls with corn on the cob, Dorset crab with avocado, poached lobster with Marie Rose sauce, and scallop ceviche. In terms of drinks, there’s an extensive whisky selection and wine and champagne list. The court is adorned with a beautiful chandelier and unique artwork, making it a great choice for a special occasion meal.
