Passion fruit syrup is available from Ocado and is a brilliant staple for cocktails, desserts and baking. [ Save To My Favourites ](/user/login?destination=/markdownify/node/32577) Created in partnership with Ocado Serves 2 Total Time 5 Minutes Ingredients 60ml of gin 25ml of passion fruit syrup 50ml of lemon juice 100ml of tonic water, to top up 1 passion fruit, halved, to garnish Method Step 1 Fill two tall glasses with ice.
