So, whether you’re going cold turkey, want some booze-free alternatives or want to still have fun this month without a glass or two, these are the products and experiences to try. Drinks include a ‘Genmaicha Collins’, a non-alcoholic cocktail using Genmaicha tea, lime cordial and cardamom, which is paired with heritage tomatoes marinated with Nikka whisky and mint ice-cream; a ‘Seedlip Martini’ which complements the aniseed notes of the Cornish turbot dish glazed with pastis, bell pepper, agastache and lavender; and berlingots – pasta parcels filled with St Cera cheese, geranium, shiso and chartreuse – are inspired by the smoothness of the menu’s ‘Hon Gyokuro Tea’. Visit [LaDameDePicLondon.co.uk](https://www.ladamedepiclondon.co.uk/) ## THE CANS: ### Pentire & Tonic RTD Cans Pentire creates non-alcoholic spirits using botanicals native to the Cornish headlands that give the brand its name. There are two products – Adrift and Seaward – which are both available to buy at [Fortnum & Mason](https://www.fortnumandmason.com/), [Harrods](https://www.harrods.com/en-gb/), [Daylesford Organics](https://www.daylesford.com/), [Hauser & Wirth](https://www.hauserwirth.com/) and [The Pig Hotel Group](https://www.thepighotel.com/). For those giving Sober October a go, Pentire has launched a bundle, which includes 28 cans of either Adrift or Seaward plus tonic. We also really rate its new launch – a collection of Pentire cans pre-mixed with house 'light tonic' and designed to be served ice cold. Not only is the brand vegan and free from artificial ingredients and GMOs, its blends are made with fresh-pressed Spanish tomato varieties, Canary and Pear, which are known for their sweet and balanced flavour, resulting in a top-quality tomato juice. For comparison, a lot of other tomato juice brands on the market are not made with real tomato juice. We also love the cool can designs. Refreshing, lightly sparkling and infused with natural adaptogens, the drinks can be sipped straight from the can or mixed into mocktails or cocktails. The team suggests trying it in the morning to help find some calm before a long day, or as a way to unwind when work is over. Each one contains just 21 calories. Visit [Drink-Trip.com](https://drink-trip.com/) ## THE SOFT DRINK: ### Belvoir Farm Non-Alcoholic Yuzu & Lime Mojito Belvoir Farm’s newest mocktail is a Non-Alcoholic Lime & Yuzu Mojito, a decent swap for the traditional rum-laced version. Inspired by one of the UK’s most popular cocktails, the bottle blends sparkling spring water, freshly squeezed lime juice, yuzu juice and touch of mint. Best of all, nothing in the Belvoir Farm range contains artificial preservatives, flavourings, colourings or sweeteners – just pressed fresh fruits, freshly picked flowers and spices for a fresh taste. There are only ten calories per 50ml serve and the spirit replacement is suitable for vegans and is gluten free. We love the sound of the ‘Strawberry Shrub Sour’, which mixes APRTF, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, simple syrup and strawberry garnish. Visit [Aprtf.com](https://www.aprtf.com/) [ ![](https://media.sheerluxe.com/VsfPFiqXK1eAOFM_tGsAbUvDR2g=/800x0/smart/https%3A%2F%2Fsheerluxe.com%2Fsites%2Fsheerluxe%2Ffiles%2Farticles%2F2022%2F10%2Foddbird-low-intervention.png) ](https://oddbird.com/) ## THE WINE LAUNCH: ### Oddbird Red Oddbird Low Intervention organic wines contain no e-numbers, artificial colours or aromas. Each bottle is vegan friendly and contains a tenth of the calories found in wine with alcohol. Oddbird Low Intervention Organic Red Wine is its newest launch and is a subtle blend of merlot and pinot noir from Breganze, a town in the Veneto region of Italy. Fermented spontaneously and aged for 12 months, the grapes are hand harvested, 100% organic and micro vinified in barriques and tonnaux – resulting in an authentic Italian red taste. Visit [Oddbird.com](https://oddbird.com/) ## THE LOW OPTION: ### Swish Light Swish Cocktails creates bar-quality, ready-to-drink non- and low-alcoholic drinks in collaboration with mixologist Rich Woods – [@the\_cocktailguy](https://www.instagram.com/the_cocktailguy/?hl=en). Delivered nationwide, options include a ‘Piña Colada Spritz’ with alcohol-free dark and spiced rums, clarified pineapple juice and toasted coconut; ‘Key Lime Pie Mojito Fizz’ with alcohol-free spiced rum, fresh garden mint, squeezed lime juice, white chocolate and butter biscuits distillate; and – our pick – the ‘Breakfast Fizz’, a fresh blend of alcohol-free orange spirit, clarified pink grapefruit and orange juices and toast distillate. Unlike other non-alcoholic wines, which use alcohol extraction, Wild Idol’s blend has never contained alcohol and has never been fermented. The range includes a white and rosé. In London, you’ll find it served in [St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar](https://stpancrasbysearcys.co.uk/), [Fallow](https://fallowrestaurant.com/), [Beaverbrook Town House](https://www.beaverbrooktownhouse.co.uk/), [The Ivy](https://the-ivy.co.uk/) and [Little Social](https://www.littlesocial.co.uk/).
