Two Roosters started life as a market stall in 2024, founded by friends Terence and Julien to celebrate their Malaysian and Singaporean heritage. Now in a permanent home, the menu centres on Hainanese chicken rice: fragrant rice served with poached or roasted chicken, a punchy chilli-lime sauce and a ginger-scallion dressing.
