Interiors come courtesy of acclaimed studio A-nrd, balancing warm textures, vintage pieces and understated Scottish craftsmanship across bedrooms and communal spaces. Hidden behind a trompe-l’œil door and revealed via a trail of camellia motifs, the room draws on Chanel’s years spent in Scotland during the 1920s and her romance with Hugh Grosvenor, the 2nd Duke of Westminster. Designed by Russell Sage Studio, the suite references both Chanel’s Paris apartment and the Highland estates that informed her legendary use of tweed and tailoring. Rich burgundy and forest-green fabrics from the historic textile mill Linton feature throughout, alongside Scottish chinoiserie furniture, Art Deco mirrors and a dramatic wheatsheaf chandelier.
