First up in Soho House founder Nick Jones’s mega project is Café Clement, an all-day space with chef Danny Bohan leading the kitchen. Danny’s menu is rooted in 25 years of cooking alongside Rowley Leigh, Rose Gray and Ruthie Rogers, including 12 years as head chef at the River Café. We can confirm its south-facing terrace and garden square are both lovely settings in which to enjoy his lobster omelette. Meanwhile, Bobbi’s Bar is now open until 3am. Housed within the landmark 18th-century Palladian mansion Uxbridge House, it spans five floors and more than 5,000 square metres, seamlessly blending luxury home furnishings, rare art and antiques and a collection of distinctive hospitality experiences. Highlights include The Treasury, a 136-seat restaurant featuring soaring Roman columns, a gold-leaf ceiling and hand-blown Venetian glass chandeliers, serving British favourites such as rib roast and fish and chips. On level two, designer Anouska Hempel has created a hidden rooftop sanctuary, where the aviary-inspired Perch Bar opens onto a garden terrace.
