#  SheerLuxe Is Hiring: Video Producer  


 

 

 

 

We're looking for a talented shooter-editor to join our growing video team and help shape the future of SheerLuxe's YouTube channels. As YouTube continues to be one of our fastest-growing platforms, we're investing in original video across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and luxury. We're looking for someone who can take an idea from concept through to final edit, creating engaging, premium YT content that audiences choose to watch and come back for.

You'll shoot and edit everything from fashion and beauty franchises to celebrity interviews, podcasts and commercial campaigns, working across all of SheerLuxe's brands and categories.

If you're happiest behind a camera, know your way around a Sony kit and Adobe Premiere, have a strong understanding of YouTube and have a brilliant eye for storytelling, we'd love to hear from you.

## **What you'll do**

- Shoot high-quality video using Sony mirrorless cameras (FX8 & A7 range) and professional audio equipment
- Edit long-form YouTube content, short-form edits and commercial campaigns
- Film fashion, beauty, lifestyle and interview content in our studios and on location
- Work closely with the wider team including editorial, social and commercial teams to bring ideas to life
- Colour grade, mix audio and deliver polished edits in accordance with senior team members' feedback
- Help develop the visual style of SheerLuxe's growing YouTube channel
- Be involved from concept through to final delivery

## **We're looking for someone who...**

- Has experience shooting with professional cameras (Sony preferred)
- Is an excellent editor in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understands lighting, composition and sound
- Has experience producing premium lifestyle, fashion or beauty content
- Has a strong eye for pacing and storytelling and thoroughly understands the SheerLuxe style;
- Can confidently work on both editorial and commercial projects and turn around content and edits to tight deadlines
- Thrives in a fast-moving creative environment
- Is proactive, collaborative and full of relevant ideas

## **Essential skills**

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Sony mirrorless camera operation (FX8 + A7 range)
- Audio recording and editing
- Colour correction and grading
- Motion graphics (basic After Effects & Photoshop)
- Experience with multi-camera shoots & solo setups

**START DATE:** ASAP

**LOCATION:** This role will be based in our SW London office. This role cannot be carried out remotely. Please note this role involves some out-of-hours work and occasional international travel
