It’s the best body lotion and immediately gets rid of dryness and scaly patches. It’s old-school but I wouldn’t be without it. It has a slightly glowy finish too, which I love. **Two of my most-used products are SPF and fake tan.** I’m on a tretinoin journey, which means SPF is even more important. I love the [La Roche-Posay](https://www.awin1.com/cread.php?awinmid=15729&awinaffid=69421&platform=dl&ued=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.laroche-posay.co.uk%2F) formula because you barely feel or think about it once it’s on. As for fake tan, I always use [Bondi Sands](https://www.awin1.com/cread.php?awinmid=2041&awinaffid=69421&ued=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.boots.com%2Fbondi-sands-face-drops-light-medium-30ml-10323129). I think it’s one of the best tanning brands out there – especially for a natural glow on the face. **I don’t believe in beauty rules.** I ignore trends and anything anyone tells me I should be doing. Getting hung up on things like that just doesn’t work for me. I also think we need to stop seeing beauty products as having one specific purpose. I use gloss and blusher as eyeshadow half the time. You don’t need to be so rigid and you certainly don’t need to spend endless amounts of money on different products. I LOVE HYPERBARIC OXYGEN THERAPY. I had my biological age assessed after and my result came back at 21. I like to party, so I was pleased with that. **I’m always asked which freckle pen I use**. But I just use a brown liquid eyeliner – it does the same job. When you apply it, go over it with your finger in a rolling motion so you get that lived-in freckle look, then put a bit of bronzer over the top to soften everything. **Medi-spa-quality facials are my indulgence.** I’m a big believer in skin treatments and having them done regularly but they’re only beneficial if they’re tailored to your individual needs. So many places just want to sell, sell, sell, but it pays to find a practitioner who can really change your skin and understand exactly what you need. **The Photofabulous treatment for sun damage completely transformed my complexion.** I also rate Morpheus but you need to see the best of the best. My go-to people are [Dr Saleena Zimri](https://www.instagram.com/drsaleenazimri/?hl=en) at Skin Doctor Clinics and [Sadaf Jaffari](https://www.instagram.com/sadaf_jaffari/?hl=en) for facials. I never deviate from them and no one else has touched my skin in ten years. I particularly rate SkinCeuticals [P-TIOX Serum](https://www.awin1.com/cread.php?awinmid=15728&awinaffid=69421&platform=dl&ued=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.skinceuticals.co.uk%2Fen_GB%2Fp-tiox-anti-wrinkle-serum%2FS123.html). That serum is no joke – my skin has never looked smoother, fresher or more even in tone. For me, it’s really worth the investment. [**Tatti Lashes**](https://www.awin1.com/cread.php?awinmid=105959&awinaffid=69421&platform=dl&ued=https%3A%2F%2Ftattilashes.com%2Fproducts%2Folivia-pre-glued-half-lashes) **are my favourite high-street buy.** I used to get lash extensions and then realised they were causing so much damage, so now I swear by strip lashes and only use this brand – hence why I collaborated with them. They look more natural thanks to the mix of brown and black fibres and they’re shorter than most lashes, so you can stick them on the outer corners for a less overpowering look. Another high-street brand I love is [Maybelline](https://www.maybelline.co.uk/). I’ve been enjoying the [Super Stay Peel-Off Lip Liner](https://www.awin1.com/cread.php?awinmid=2041&awinaffid=69421&platform=dl&ued=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.boots.com%2Fmaybelline-new-york-superstay-peel-off-lip-liner-4-6g-10383471), which gives you just a hint of colour but lasts for hours. **By Kilian** [**Good Girl Gone Bad**](https://john-lewis-and-partners.pxf.io/xJozZk) **is my ride-or-die fragrance.** I’ve never been good – I’m just bad – but it’s probably my favourite scent of all time. It’s memorable and rich without being suffocating. **I love hyperbaric oxygen therapy.** I had it done at [The Wellness Lab](https://thewellnesslab.com/) in Knightsbridge. You step into a double pod – you can stand up in it, which is essential for me because I’m claustrophobic – and the treatment involves breathing oxygen in a pressurised environment. For me, seeing is believing. I did ten sessions and noticed a huge difference in how I felt afterwards. I later had my biological age assessed and my result came back at 21, even though I’m 34. I like to party, so I was pretty pleased with that. She taught me from a young age about the importance of good skincare and consistent daily habits. I turn to her for everything but I’d also do anything my make-up artist [Karin Darnell](https://www.instagram.com/karindarnell/?hl=en) tells me to. She’s a legend – she’s looked after the Spice Girls and Rihanna – and really knows her stuff. She taught me to always use black mascara on my top lashes and brown on the lower lashes because it looks softer and catches the light nicely. She also told me to use clear lip gloss as a highlighter because it gives a juicier, dewier effect than traditional shimmer. **By my bedside, you’ll always find a balm, hand sanitiser and eye drops.** It’s quite grandma-coded, isn’t it? But I swear by good brightening eye drops and use them every night. When I wake up, I really notice a difference. I also keep a good moisturiser and vitamin C by my bed. [**Estelle Manor**](https://estellemanor.com/eynsham-baths/) **is my getaway of choice.** That place is pure heaven – it’s where I go to escape. The spa is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. You’re not allowed your phone there, which initially freaked me out but once I gave in to it, I really switched off and wasn’t just sitting around scrolling. I can’t recommend it enough if you need to zone out. Regular workouts are the one habit I stick to. There is no 'hack' to looking and feeling good. YOU HAVE TO GET OUT THERE AND MOVE. **The wellness habit I stick to is regular workouts.** I’m a gym girl, which may sound nauseating but for me there’s no ‘hack’ to looking and feeling good. It sucks but you have to get out there and move. Sometimes I lie in bed thinking I really don’t want to go to the gym but I never feel anything but better for doing it. I mix resistance training with small amounts of HIIT. Sometimes I only do 20 minutes a day but that’s better than nothing and it all adds up.
