SheerLuxe is looking for a Social Media Executive to join our fast-paced social team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a marketing background who is genuinely obsessed with social media, content and emerging platforms.

Working across all of our brands – SheerLuxe, LuxeGen, SLMan and SLMiddle East – you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our social accounts and their growth strategy, while constantly looking for new ways to increase reach, engagement and traffic. Please note, this is not a content creation or filming role; the focus is on social media management, strategy and growth.

We’re looking for someone proactive and quick – someone who understands great digital content, has their finger on the pulse of what’s happening online and is always thinking about what we could be doing next.

- Take ownership of Pinterest, managing uploads and optimisation while proactively identifying opportunities to increase reach, engagement and referral traffic.
- Support the growth and management of SheerLuxe’s social channels, including writing platform-specific copy, posting content and identifying ways to strengthen our presence across emerging and existing platforms.
- Help develop our WhatsApp output, creating engaging content and identifying opportunities to grow the channel and strengthen our relationship with the SheerLuxe community.
- Manage LTK linking across relevant content, ensuring links are accurate, timely and optimised.
- Support the editorial and podcast teams with compelling, engaging and search-friendly podcast titles.
- Support the ongoing management and optimisation of Linktree, ensuring links remain relevant, up to date and strategically ordered.
- Work closely with your manager on YouTube SEO, supporting optimisation, titles, descriptions and other opportunities to improve discoverability and performance.
- Own the day-to-day coordination of our AI avatar channels, including copywriting, content planning and posting. This will be a key area of responsibility, with scope to help shape how these channels develop and grow.
- Keep an ear to the ground across social, staying ahead of platform developments, trends, formats and emerging opportunities and bringing new ideas to the team.

## **ABOUT YOU:** 

You’ll be:

- Educated to degree level in Marketing (or a related subject) or have at least one year's experience in a marketing or social media role.
- Someone with 1+ years' experience working in social media, digital marketing or content.
- A strong copywriter with excellent attention to detail and an instinct for what makes people click, watch and engage, with the ability to adapt your writing style for different platforms and write with SEO and GEO best practices in mind.
- Genuinely passionate about social media, digital content and the wider media landscape.
- Extremely organised, efficient and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once.
- Proactive and solutions-focused – you don't wait to be told what to do next.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, works independently and is equally receptive to feedback and coaching.
- Commercially and analytically minded, with an interest in using performance data to make content better.
- Someone with a strong understanding of SEO, GEO and audience growth, and an enthusiasm for testing, learning and optimising content.
- Across emerging platforms, formats and digital trends – and quick to spot which ones are relevant to SheerLuxe.
- Comfortable working at pace and adapting quickly as priorities change.
- A collaborative team player who is happy to get stuck in.
- Early in your career and excited to build a long-term career in digital media and social.

**LOCATION:** This role will be based in our SW London office. This role cannot be carried out remotely. Please note this role involves some out-of-hours work and occasional international travel.
