This documentary about Diesel founder Renzo Rosso, which premiered at Venice, combines traditional interviews and archive footage with AI-generated imagery to recreate parts of his childhood where no original footage exists. It raises a particularly interesting question for the creative industries: when AI can fill in the gaps, where does reconstruction end and invention begin?
