Here, we asked some stylish women in-the-know to share the AI tools they genuinely use and explain how they’ve made a difference to their daily lives. I mainly use [ChatGPT](https://chatgpt.com/) – I haven’t even transferred over to [Claude](https://claude.ai/login) yet – but I also use [Nano Banana](https://nanobanana.io/) for mocking up fashion imagery and [Alta](https://www.altadaily.com/) for styling. I can now mock up an entire shoot, visualise a campaign or build a storyboard in a matter of hours – work that previously would have taken days. For me, its greatest value is creative communication. I’ve always been able to see the finished image in my head but not everyone is visually trained. AI allows me to create imagery that gets remarkably close to my intended final result – the casting, styling, composition, mood and overall visual language of a campaign. By the time we arrive on set, everyone understands what we’re trying to achieve. I use it in a similar way with my personal styling clients. If I have a strong idea about how I want someone to look, I’ll mock it up and say, ‘This is how I see you.’ It becomes a kind of virtual fitting room – a try-before-you-buy approach to personal style. What excites me about AI isn’t that it replaces the creative process. AI has been really useful for helping me build systems and bring a bit more structure to everything – I essentially use it as a personal assistant. First, as a brain-dump polisher: I can throw in a half-formed idea from a meeting or a completely random thought and ask it to turn it into something structured and fleshed out. I also use it for meal planning, feeding it the ingredients, flavours and recipes I like and asking for healthy, interesting, low-effort meals that don’t require lots of time or effort. Most importantly, I use it to challenge my thinking, asking it to push an idea further, suggest a different angle or point out what I might be missing. This summer we invested in AI training for the entire London and New York teams at Savi and have built it into how we function. It has made every level of the company so much more efficient. However, it's using Claude and ChatGPT – or as I recently asked it, what it might prefer to be called (Milo if you're wondering) – for personal tasks is where I'm having the most fun. This summer, I wanted to spend time in Barcelona with my puppy Raffi. “Milo” helped me source a great pet-friendly apartment and then planned the entire drive from London, including an overnight stop in Burgundy. It even guided me on how to sand, plaster and repaint the door Raffi scratched during our first week there! It now helps me plan everything from weekends away to my work and social schedule. “Fashion sourcing has always been a favourite past-time. I like to really consider what I'm buying but this often means I miss out because certain items sell out. To remedy this, I fed AI screenshots and plugged in my Vestiaire, Vinted, eBay and The RealReal accounts so it could keep searching for them. It’s become my go-to for quickly pulling together layouts, collages and visual moodboards when I want something to feel considered but don’t have time to start from scratch. I’ll use it to play around with different compositions, bring together photos, text and graphics, and quickly create a few different options before landing on the final look. If I’m interviewing an author, I want to know as much about them as possible and sometimes a guest is booked at the eleventh hour and I only have a few minutes to prepare. ChatGPT helps me get up to speed quickly. This helps me decide whether I really like the style and colour against my skin tone and body shape. It takes the guesswork out of online shopping and has massively reduced the number of returns I make.
