Here Are Some Of Daisy’s Top Tips… Good training apparel has to be lightweight, comfortable and importantly, cool. You want a material that's supportive and stays put no matter how hard you train and no matter the season. If I feel good, I know I'm going to train harder and run faster. The outfit definitely plays a part. If you want to get into running, it’s important not to compare yourself to anyone else. I’d actually say take your watch or Strava out of the equation at the beginning and just focus on you. Run, repeat, put the miles in and let yourself improve naturally. There’s something so satisfying about looking back and realising how far you’ve come. Running gets so much easier when you stop worrying about everyone else’s pace.
