The latest generation of supplements are taking a more holistic approach, combining collagen with a wider mix of beauty-supporting ingredients in one daily formula. Gold Collagen’s Forte Liquid is a case in point – a convenient sachet loved by its new ambassador, Cat Deeley, and designed to support beauty from within. Here’s everything you need to know… [ Save To My Favourites ](/user/login?destination=/markdownify/node/54431) Photography: The Vault Stock Created in partnership with Gold Collagen ## The Formula Developed using 15 years of expertise by the market-leading brand, [Gold Collagen’s Forte Liquid]() delivers one ready-to-drink daily dose in a convenient liquid sachet, so there’s no mixing or blending required. Each serving contains 8,000mg of hydrolysed marine collagen alongside 19 other active ingredients, making it much more than a traditional collagen supplement. Think of it more as a beauty multivitamin, with a comprehensive formula designed to support skin, hair and nails. Hyaluronic acid helps support skin hydration, while biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and hair, and vitamin C supports normal collagen formation while providing antioxidant protection. There’s also bioperine, a black-pepper-derived ingredient that helps increase the bioavailability of other nutrients. "It's also, importantly, delicious tasting, and free from preservatives, gluten and lactose." ## The Face Who better to showcase the appeal of Forte Liquid than Cat Deeley? The broadcaster counts her daily sachet as a non-negotiable part of her wellness regimen. “It’s the easiest step in my routine,” she says, “but makes the biggest difference in how I look and feel.” "Keeping a sachet in my bag means I can take it anywhere, and I have really noticed a boost in my overall energy levels. It’s a great pick me up after a hectic morning with the kids, and it helps me power through the day."
