Each offers a different vision of city living, with considered design and thoughtful amenities that appeal to buyers looking to make a home or invest in the capital. Soaring 6.1-metre ceilings and generous natural light set the scene for reflective lacquer, light-absorbing stone and soft textiles. Heritage-inspired Crittall windows sit alongside bespoke joinery, textured wallcoverings, antique gilt-bronze mirrors and travertine, balancing polish with warmth. The residence has sold, but its layered scheme captures the appeal of the wider development: a distinctive London address where considered design, architectural history and the Six Senses hotel create a compelling proposition for buyers and long-term investors alike. *Visit* [THEWHITELEYLONDON.COM](https://www.thewhiteleylondon.com/) [ ![](https://media.sheerluxe.com/lcUmvAV1RPG5gT8Q3U8iM1kqBfY=/1920x0/smart/filters:no_upscale()/https%3A%2F%2Fsheerluxe.com%2Fsites%2Fsheerluxe%2Ffiles%2Farticles%2F2026%2F10%2Fsl-271026-developments-the-broadway.jpg) ](https://thebroadway.co.uk/) ## The Broadway At The Broadway, moments from St James’s Park, a BoxNine7-designed three-bedroom apartment brings warmth and personality to central London living. Its nature-inspired palette pairs rust tones and deep greens with curved furniture, tailored upholstery and organic textures, while expansive windows frame the city beyond. The result feels contemporary yet inviting, with sculptural details that soften the residence’s generous proportions. Set among six towers near the capital’s landmarks, the development also offers a spa, pool and private training studios. For buyers and investors, it combines considered interiors with a rare central London setting and enduring appeal. *Visit* [THEBROADWAY.CO.UK](https://thebroadway.co.uk/) ## 60 Curzon In the heart of Mayfair, 60 Curzon reimagines the former home of the Mirabelle restaurant as a boutique collection of 32 residences. Christian Bense’s completed apartment layers bespoke and vintage furniture with rich textiles and woven wallcoverings to create a cohesive backdrop. A Brutalist-inspired drinks cabinet, Breccia Sarda marble and walnut dining table, and antique brass chandelier bring character. At the same time, art ranges from a Kandinsky sketch to a commissioned work by South African artist Jeremy Rose. With Mayfair’s cultural life on the doorstep, it makes a distinctive address for design-minded buyers seeking a lasting London investment. *Visit* [60CURZON.COM](https://www.60curzon.com/) [ ![](https://media.sheerluxe.com/T__DPO54qULQH22PMT5tv4vSF9Y=/800x0/smart/https%3A%2F%2Fsheerluxe.com%2Fsites%2Fsheerluxe%2Ffiles%2Farticles%2F2026%2F10%2Fsl-271026-developments-curzon.jpg) ](https://www.60curzon.com/) [ ![](https://media.sheerluxe.com/ycTgmo7kab5dPaimvYdm0ne2Ivg=/1920x0/smart/filters:no_upscale()/https%3A%2F%2Fsheerluxe.com%2Fsites%2Fsheerluxe%2Ffiles%2Farticles%2F2026%2F10%2Fsl-271026-developments-park-hyatte-residences_0.jpg) ](https://riverthamesresidences.com/) ## Park Hyatt London River Thames Residences High above Nine Elms, the residences at Park Hyatt London River Thames pair a riverside address with five-star service. Award-winning designers at Studio Perry Green carefully considered every detail, material and colour. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw light into calm spaces, where neutral tones let oak flooring, marble surfaces and plush bedroom carpets bring texture and warmth. Lighting, underfloor heating and bronze satin hardware add comfort. Residents can access the hotel’s pool, spa, fitness centre and concierge service, making these homes an appealing prospect for buyers seeking a London base with investment appeal. *Visit*
