Breadcrumbs # Why Are Men So Lonely? Jack Guinness On Friendship, Masculinity & Finding Your People This week, Harvey and Tunde are joined by author, broadcaster and presenter Jack Guinness to discuss modern masculinity, male loneliness, personal style and what success really means. They explore why ambition can feel uncomfortable, the challenges around making meaningful friendships as an adult and the importance of finding your people. Jack also talks about creating 'The Queer Bible', the importance of queer history and representation, and why personal style should be about expressing yourself rather than following trends.
