Loro Piana Launches A New Accessory

Loro Piana has found a clever way to tap into one of this season's biggest accessory trends: the silk scarf. Instead of launching another bag, it’s released a genius £270 calfskin handle that lets you transform your favourite scarf into one. Thanks to its simple dual-ring design, you can knot almost any silk scarf into an elegant shoulder bag in seconds. Given Loro Piana is better known for its four-figure price tags, the handle feels like a surprisingly attainable way to buy into the brand.

Celine Has Launched A New Version Of Its Sell-Out Plimsolls

If Celine’s ballet and jazz-inspired shoes were on your summer wish list, Michael Rider’s latest launch is one to know about. Following the sell-out appeal of the little white plimsolls – and Zara’s convincing take on the trend – the house has introduced a fresh silhouette that feels made for the seasonal shift. Rendered in ultra-red goatskin, the Lace-Up Ballet is finished with delicate spaghetti-thin leather lacing across the front, giving the classic plimsole a more directional feel. It’s the kind of shoe that will instantly lift denim and tailoring alike.
