Gails Bake At Home Kits

For the first time ever, Gail’s Bakery has allowed their most famous products to be ready to bake at home. Choose from chocolate pecan brownies, cookie dough or cinnamon buns. You don’t need to buy any additional ingredients either, – just slice the ready-made dough and put it in the oven – and all the brownies need are a few eggs.

Bax Botanics

Bax Botanics was launched in January 2019 by Chris and Rose Bax, harnessing the duo's two decades spent teaching students about wild foods and flavours in their Yorkshire woodland. Now, they distil their drinks in traditional beaten copper stills using ethically sourced and sustainable herbs and botanicals – in fact, recently, the pair won bronze at the 2020 Global Good Awards for their eco-friendly credentials, which include labels made from sugar industry waste products and zero-plastic packaging. The flavour is pretty special, too – Bax Botanics won a Great Taste Award from The Guild of Fine Food for Sea Buckthorn in 2019, becoming the first alcohol-free spirit to do so.
