Founded by Toria Smith in 2017, home-grazing company Grape & Fig was born out of her own wedding the year before. In 2019, Toria welcomed her sister Catherine into the business, and the two quickly earned a cult following among foodies and celebrities. Using seasonal ingredients, Rose & Food aims to create menus that fit both your vision and budget. With founder Sophie Rose putting flavour and style at the heart of everything the company does, it’s catered events for the likes of Vogue, Rixo and Jessica McCormack. Sustainability is a big priority here – expect menus full of free-range meat, seasonal fruit and veg, and a lack of plastic packaging.
FOR THE BEST BACON BUTTIES: Le Swine
Is there anything better than a bacon butty at the end of the night? While Le Swine might now be best known for its at-home kits launched during lockdown, its van is still available for private hire for all kinds of events – including weddings. Travelling nationwide, this 60s-style ambulance will add a retro feel to your big day. The team can also take care of any dietary requirements or special requests. All bacon comes from a small, family-run butchers in Lancashire, and the milk and caramelised onion buns are baked fresh daily. Plus, its homemade ketchups are slow cooked in small batches to ensure maximum freshness.

Private chef Mimi McCullen will create unique menus to suit couples on their big day – making her a great option for those looking for the bespoke touch. With a commitment to seasonal food, canapés might include crab mango and chilli croustade cups; tuna tartare tostadas with a wasabi and avocado purée and pickled red onion; baby Thai fish cake with Asian dressing; and beetroot, carrot and halloumi dill cakes with a tahini and sumac dressing. Main courses span beef fillet to coconut dahl – and for dessert we have our eye on Mimi’s famous cinnamon gooseberry crumbles.
