Toblerone Chocolate Chunk Brownies

For a Sunday sweet treat, we can't think of anything more indulgent than these brownies. Made with real chunks of Toblerone, and needing minimal ingredients, you really can’t go wrong.

Serves: 12

Total Time: 50 Minutes

200g of dark chocolate, broken into chunks
200g of unsalted butter
3 British Blacktail free range eggs
250g of golden caster sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
125g of plain flour
½ tsp of salt
100g bar of Toblerone

Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4. Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking parchment. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a small saucepan set over a low heat. Stir to combine, then set aside to cool for 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, use a balloon whisk to gently whisk the eggs and sugar together. Whisk in the chocolate-butter mixture and vanilla, followed by the flour and salt, until just combined, then tip into the cake tin.

Break the Toblerone into chunks and arrange over the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes until set on top. Allow to cool in the tin before cutting into 12 pieces.

TIP: Any variety of Toblerone – white, dark or coconut – would work.

Gigi Hadid’s Spicy Vodka Pasta

Made famous by Gigi Hadid, who was inspired by her favourite dish at New York restaurant Carbone, this will quickly become your new favourite Sunday night pasta dish. Light, creamy and with the perfect amount of heat, it’s so easy to make and comes together in just 25 minutes. Eat it straight away with plenty of parmesan, chilli flakes and basil.

Serves: 2

Total Time: 25 Minutes

¼ cup of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, diced
1 small onion, diced
30g of tomato paste
120ml of double cream
1 tbsp of vodka
1 tsp of chilli flakes
225g of pasta
1 tbsp of salted butter, melted
30g of parmesan
Chopped basil, to serve
Salt and pepper, to serve

In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil, garlic and onion and cook until soft. Add the tomato paste and cook until caramelised.

Add the cream and vodka and cook through until evaporated.

Add the chilli flakes and season, then remove the sauce from the heat.

Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, saving a cup of the pasta water.
