I’m embracing a ‘less is more’ approach to beauty. Make-up has always been a form of self-expression for me and I still love playing with it, but I’ve definitely become more minimal. I’ve been letting my skin shine through more – it feels a lot fresher.
Fragrance was always going to be a part of my beauty lineup. It’s something I wear every day, so expanding into it just made sense. I’ve always loved experimenting with beauty, and creating my first fragrance was such a fun experience. When we had such an amazing response to the launch, I knew I wanted to keep building on it with this second drop.
Cosmic 2.0 is the fresh, floral sister to the original. When I launched my first fragrance, I wanted something warm, rich and ambery – Cosmic was all of that. Cosmic 2.0 has the same DNA, but it’s fresher and brighter. I love the idea of bottling the feeling of a new day, so we went for crisp pear accord and pink pepper in the opening, with soft vanilla orchid and lavender at the heart. There’s still warmth – the amber and sandalwood base bring it all together – but it feels a little more airy and effortless.

It was important that the bottle was as special as the scent. When I landed on the name Cosmic, I wanted the bottle to feel like a piece of art from another world. That’s how we created the sculptural shape – it fits perfectly in your hand, but it also looks like something you’d want to have on display. Cosmic 2.0 is a chrome edition of that same design, and I love how futuristic and sleek it looks.
My beauty non-negotiable is definitely hydration. Whether it’s my skin or my lips, keeping hydrated is a must. My handbag essentials reflect that: I always have my Kylie Skin Lip Butter with me, as well as my Precision Pout Lip Liner and Cosmic Kylie Jenner 2.0 in the travel spray.
The Met Gala always feels like such a huge beauty moment for me. It’s impossible to pick a favourite look, but last year’s Met was special. My Oscar de la Renta gown was inspired by a garden statue, so we kept the beauty super classic and soft – I used my Skin Tint Blurring Elixir, Power Plush Longwear Concealer and a pop of colour with my Powder Blush Sticks.

Social media is a huge part of my world, but I’ve learned not to let it affect me as much anymore. I try not to focus on negative comments. It can be hard, but I’ve realised you can’t please everyone – the most important thing is to stay true to yourself.
A relaxing bath is my favourite way to reset. When things get busy, I make sure to find time to unplug. It’s so important to take a moment for yourself, whether that’s working out, spending time with friends and family, or just sticking to a self-care routine.
The best advice I could give my younger self is to always practise self-love. Just be yourself – that’s all that matters.
