“All the gigs I’ve booked over the past few months are finally rolling round, starting with The Sprints at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town. They are an Irish garage punk band that remind me of Fontaines DC or Amyl and The Sniffers with a dash of Radiohead. Their debut album, Letter To Self, is never one I skip when it crops up on my playlist. I’m also going to Honey Dijon's event at Drumsheds for a night of house-y, disco-infused dancing. Plus, I’ve already booked my ticket to Love International for next year. Finally, by the time you’re reading this, I’ll be on a flight to Copenhagen to enjoy a long weekend of Danish pastries and fresh seafood – stay tuned for my reccs."

"To fill the looming darker months, I’m booking film dates and (hopefully) some theatre. The cinema line-up looks especially exciting over the next few weeks, with releases like Ridley Scott’s Gladiator 2 and Small Things Like These starring Cillian Murphy. I’m also keen to book White Rabbit, Red Rabbit – the no-rehearsals, no-director play with a fresh script and surprise actor each night. Of course, I’d also love to see The Devil Wears Prada starring Vanessa Williams and featuring music by Elton John.”

“Before the end of the year, I plan on visiting the Fragile Beauty exhibition at the V&A. It’s filled with photographs spanning the worlds of fashion, celebrity and more – all from Sir Elton John and David Furnish's personal collection. I’m also eager to try the newly opened Bottarga on the King’s Road, which looks like the perfect cosy spot for a date night or dinner with the girls. Another foodie spot I’d like to visit is Cocomelt. You may have spied their iced coffees on TikTok. Of course, I have a few festive things on my to-do list. It’s not Christmas if you don’t go ice skating and I’m planning on visiting Somerset House with my friends. On 1st December, The Holiday will be live in concert at Eventim Apollo. It’s one of my favourite Christmas films, so seeing a live orchestra play the score would be the best way to kick off the festive season.”

“First, I’m going to catch Sherelle at Village Underground with some of my friends. I love electronic music and she's such a great DJ. I also grabbed tickets for Primavera Sound in Barcelona next year. To top it all off, I’m planning a trip to the Shotengai Japanese market in King’s Cross to check out all the tasty food.”

“This month is very theatre-heavy as I’ll be heading to Richmond to watch Guards at the Taj, a play that delves into the power struggles within the Indian subcontinent. I also plan to watch Emily in Paris star Lily Collins and Money Heist actor Álvaro Morte in Barcelona. Next up is the powerful 80s Exhibition at Tate Britain, which explores the transformative British decade and the fight against racism within England. On the music front, I’m excited to see Panjabi MC and Jazzy B, a unique fusion of traditional Punjabi beats and modern sound. Finally, I’ll be visiting Burnt Faith’s Brandy Bar, where Neil Rankin is putting a twist on deep-dish pizza.”

“As a huge musical theatre fan, I'm excited to see Wicked. On the food scene, Canteen popped up on my TikTok and was an instant mental bookmark. The Notting Hill spot doesn't take bookings, but the cool neighbourhood vibe is one I'd queue to experience. Finally, BunHouse is another one on my list but a new spot is due to open soon: BunHouse Disco in Shoreditch. It aims to take guests on a journey back to 1980s Hong Kong (where I grew up), so I'm seriously excited to have some proper dim sum.”

“This month, I’m spending a weekend in Malta with some friends for some much-needed R&R and retail therapy around Valletta. I’ve never been but I’ve heard great things. Back in London, I’m going to watch The Fear Of 13 with Adrien Brody and I’m also going to the restaurant from About Time, where Tim and Mary meet, called Dans Le Noir. As it gets colder, one of my favourite things to do is grab a dirty chai latte with a friend and spend the afternoon wandering around London’s art galleries and museums. I’ve also started planning for festival season. This year, I am going to Lost Village and the slightly smaller Gottwood – I can’t wait.”
