Winter is all about leaning into little comforts, so this year my Christmas gifting list is full of things to make the season feel that bit more special for the people I love. At the top is the coolest hat from Zara – it instantly elevates any cold-weather outfit. I’m also eyeing up the chic Hommey x Frank Green water bottle and a fresh daily planner for anyone looking to channel their most type-A, organised self come January. My friends will love this ceramic basket from Anthropologie to elevate their slow Sunday mornings, and if in doubt, I’ll go for a new mug for all the hot chocolates we’ll be drinking throughout December.

My Christmas list this year is basically a moodboard of textures, all the checks, knits and elevated basics I think my friends would love to find under the tree. I’m planning to lean hard into a soft-grunge winter palette: an oversized plaid shirt, a sheer checked moment from NA-KD and the crispest white trousers are all contenders. There’s a bold red Damson Madder scarf that would look great with a long black wool coat, plus the Astrid & Miyu thread earrings are bound to go down well.

If you’re looking for gifts that feel thoughtful yet effortless, accessories are always a safe bet – they’re versatile and remove any sizing stress. A classic trucker hat is a great place to start; it instantly adds a cool edge and will get plenty of wear after the festive season. Similarly, a chic cap or cosy bonnet feels equally fuss-free while still looking cool. Jewellery is another fail-safe option and these vintage-inspired earrings are a chic crowd-pleaser. For something that feels a little more special, this embellished signet ring offers a luxe look without the hefty price tag. Finally, you can’t go wrong with cosy homeware – pieces like this gingham hot water bottle or a printed plate are perfect for elevating everyday moments.

Gifting is one of my favourite pastimes, I truly enjoy buying gifts for people that I know they will love and use. Starting off, this Parfois jewellery roll would be the perfect gift for the busy girl always on the move, plus the print adds to the overall aesthetic. Similarly, a good notebook is always a good call and Papier  has forever been the go-to for all my stationery needs, – it has some really cute prints, like this blue and brown polka dot design. For beauty, Rhode is a reliable brand for any 20-something girl, the glazed trio set includes two Peptide Lip Treatments and the Glazing Milk. Accessories are another thoughtful gift idea: this mixed metal ear cuff from Mejuri  caught my eye and would be a great gift for a girlfriend, as would this Emi Jay claw clip. Lastly, this By Nelly polka dot phone strap is such a unique gift and also doubles up as a fun accessory, as does this Damson Madder hooded scarf.

I like gifting accessories because you can’t go wrong with sizing and most of the time, everyone loves a good plate, beauty set or belt. I have a HAY storage container box and it has genuinely transformed the organisation of my desk. This would be great at work and at home – plus, they come in lots of different colours. Of course, you can’t go wrong with a lip gloss, so I’m gifting this Fenty gloss set to all my besties. I’ve thrown a fun Umbro jersey into the mix too – I love the colours and a football jersey is such an easy thrown-on. Also, a phone case is a cool gift and this ribbed silver case is so good.

My gift guide is all about those little upgrades that feel practical but still indulgent. Starting off strong, the matching gloves  and beanie  set from Oliver Bonas is the kind of cosy pairing that instantly makes winter walks feel more put-together. A fresh start is always welcome, so a 2026 Papier diary made the list – nothing beats the feeling of opening crisp new pages at the start of a new year. For beauty lovers, the NARS blush trio, featuring liquid, cream and powder formulas, is a foolproof choice. I’m also loving the idea of adding something pretty and practical, like a make-up bag from Elizabeth Scarlett. I’ve also been eyeing up a bangle from Remayd and because I can never resist a small home treat, a set of Anthropologie drinking glasses will make our iced coffees feel even more special.
