Where The LuxeGirls Buy Their Denim

On the hunt for some new denim for this autumn/winter? The LuxeGirls are here to point you in the right directionwith the brands and styles they think are worth trying.

DAISY’S PICK:

WEEKDAY

As someone who is 5’3”, I find it so hard to find the right length when it comes to jeans. Weekday gives its customers the chance to choose both the waist size and leg length – which is what makes it my go-to. I like my denim to fit on the relaxed side, so a straight leg is my preferred shape. The rise on the waist is also important – I always opt for a high-waist so it looks good with cropped baby tees. I think I have a pair of the Rowe Extra High Straight in every colour now, but my best advice is to spend time trying them on in store to find the right fit before you buy anything online.

SAPNA'S PICK:

TOPSHOP

Topshop’s denim needs no introduction – we’ve all had a pair from the high-street brand at one point or another. With so many cult styles to choose from (via ASOS now) I like that I now know my exact size and can try different washes, fits and lengths depending on the trends of the season.

AMRIT’S PICK:

MANGO

Anyone who knows me knows I like a 90s-style jean, and Mango has some of the best. For something a bit edgier, try a ripped low-rise style; for a smarter look, go for a classic straight leg. Mango's price point is exactly what I want to be spending on high-street denim.

HATTIE’S PICK:

STRADIVARIUS

When it comes to jeans, Stradivarius has seriously comfy, soft denim on offer. A black pair is a winter staple but I often mix in some lighter washes. This season, I have my eye on a pair of dungarees to put a fresh spin on some of my off-duty looks.
